Diastasis Recti (DR)

Diastasis recti (DR) is an imbalance between your deep abdominal muscles and your outer abdominal muscles, leading to weakness in your core. DR can be caused by pregnancy, injury, or poor muscle activation. Physical therapy can help reduce abdominal separation and restore your core function for a safe return to all your activities—preventing possible concerns in the future.
