Birthing Preparation


Physical Therapy can help prepare your body for childbirth, optimize perineal health, and support your birth plan. Birthing Preparation will help you manage your changing body and prepare you for labor, delivery, and postpartum care. We want you to have a healthy pregnancy and smooth delivery, as well as prioritize your pelvic health after giving birth.
